I'm Glenn Martin, founder of Never Mind The Job Spec. I work as an AI Consultant, Trainer and Workshop Facilitator, helping organisations close the gap between knowing what AI can do and actually doing something useful with it.

I work with cross-functional teams, not just one department, because the organisations that get real value from AI are the ones where literacy and fluency spread beyond a single function. That means running training sessions, facilitating workshops, and leading offsites and team sessions that build genuine confidence with AI tools, not just awareness of them.

A lot of my work starts with discovery: sitting with a team to identify where AI can actually make a difference to how they work, then taking the strongest of those use cases forward into build sprints, so the ideas don't stay theoretical.

To date, I've trained and coached more than 1,000 people on AI confidence and literacy, and I've delivered AI consultancy, training and workshop facilitation for organisations including MONY Group, Personio, and Blue Light Card.

I also write a bi-weekly blog post for business leaders on where AI is genuinely changing how people work, as distinct from where the noise says it is.
